Bonnie Pierce is Managing Director of ndp | analytics responsible for overall strategic project development and leads ndp | action, the communication side of the firm. Bonnie combines quantitative analysis and effective communication to build strategic and tactical solutions to move her clients’ policy initiatives forward, amplify their message, and enhance stakeholder engagement. As a powerful relationship builder, effective communicator, public speaker, fundraiser, and business professional, Bonnie is able to quickly assess her clients’ needs and develop powerful content ranging from infographics to videos. She has over 20 years of experience in partnering with global and domestic corporations, governments, multi-national organizations, foundations, and universities to build customized investment and strategy solutions and instill best practices. This provides ndp’s clients with a unique resource as she approaches research with a results-driven perspective. Bonnie is also a visiting professor at The George Washington University’s School of Business in the International Business and Strategic Management and Public Policy Departments. Prior to joining ndp, she spent over two decades in institutional investment management and global banking. Her areas of expertise include investments, finance, capital markets, communication, globalization, strategic planning, emerging markets, and corporate governance. Bonnie holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and an M.B.A. from London Business School with concentrations in Finance and Corporate Strategy respectively. She also holds an MA in International Relations and a B.A. in History from Boston University. She is a member of the Boston University Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies Dean’s Advisory board, a member of the Boston University Alumni Relations Task Force, a former trustee of the National Presbyterian School in Washington, DC, a Girl Scout troop leader, and a sommelier.
